Located at The Bottle Works' main Art Works Gallery (in Johnstown, PA) this retrospective exhibit of the legendary Steve Ditko’s career, will contain original works, production art, prints, memorabilia, a living wall of Ditko inspiration, and a wall of Ditko’s infamous fan mail responses. Cartoonist Javier Hernandez will also have copies available for sale of his You Don't Know Ditko zine! Join us on Friday, January 10th for a celebration of our new exhibit, "Ladies First: A Century of Women's Innovations in Comics and Cartoon Art," a look at how women have defined the field of comics and cartoon art for generations.

6:00-7:00pm Live comics readings from local women cartoonists Emi Gennis, Khaila Carr, Lauren McCallister and Gabby Metzler, followed by a special focus on Image Comics MOONSTRUCK team Grace Ellis, Shae Beagle, Caitlin Quirk, and Laurenn McCubbin in the Will Eisner Seminar Room

Simplexity, my first major art exhibit, debuts on October 20th, at 7:00 pm!
Simplexity will feature comic book art pages, book illustrations, webcomic art, minicomics, and an example of my working process from notes to the finished page. Exhibition notes, comic-related music, and snacks will fill the margins.
The exhibit is hosted at Wild Goose Creative, 2491 Summit St., Columbus, Ohio.
