Pics from the Panels In Pink Reception Night at Wild Goose Creative
The Panels in Pink exhibit reception at Wild Goose Creative had a great turnout, an awesome food spread (thanks largely or totally to organizer Canada Keck) and featured creative work by too many female comics creators to list here. Among them: Canada, Suzanne Baumann, Jennifer Smither, Lora Innes, Katie Valeska and Molly Durst. (If you're reading this and had work in the show, contact me and I'll add your name to the list.)

Comic Creators for Freedom Project a Success!
Above: a detail from the CCF snowball fight wallpaper.
Comic Creators for Freedom, a coalition of 127 cartoonists (myself included) who donated their time and talents to raise funds in conjunction with National Human Trafficking Awareness Day, beat last year's contribution total!
This year, $7,500 was raised, to be divided between Gracehaven House and Love 146, both organizations helping victims of sexual trafficking.
Thanks to Lora Innes, Crystal Yates and all the CCF organizers behind the scenes who helped bring the project to fruition.

Donate to Help Victims of Human Trafficking, Get a Snowball Fight!
127 Comic Creators for Freedom have contributed their talents to making this epic snowball fight wallpaper (a snippet of the epic pic is shown above) as a gift for those who donate to fight human trafficking. The CCF collects your donations and divides them equally between Love146 and Gracehaven.
Please consider donating to these very worthy organizations and get some cool desktop art while you're at it. Artists include Lora Innes, Max Ink, Katie Valeska, myself and many, many more.
You can make your donation here: http://comiccreatorsforfreedom.com/
