The Twin City Opera House

Mary and I drove to McConnelsville, Ohio (via Lancaster) to see restored 35mm prints of Charlie Chaplin's The Kid and The Idle Class in a beautifully restored 1890 vaudeville/opera house.

We had perfect seats in the balcony. The presentation was in conjunction with the three-day International Charlie Chaplin Conference at Ohio University Zanesville. A representative of the Chaplin offices gave an introduction to the films.
