Drawing Comics at the Hilliard Police and Fire Department Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser
I'll be drawing this Saturday, March 5th, at the Art Explorer Post and Hilliard Police and Fire Department Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser. I'll also be displaying original art and taking commissions.
Bob Corby, publisher and organizer of the Small Press and Alternative Comics Expo will also be there.
$5.00 in advance and $7.00 at the door will get you all the chili you can eat, from mild to hot and for a good cause: the profits will benefit the creation of murals and design work for the Hilliard Joint Safety Services Building by Art Explorer Post 407.
Also expect raffles, door prizes, a student art sale, comedy shorts, a fashion show and caricatures and portraits.
The benefit is scheduled for 12-6, at the Norwich Township Joint Safety Services Building, 5171 Northwest Parkway, Hilliard Ohio.
Click here for more details: http://www.thisweeknews.com/live/content/hilliard/stories/2010/03/03/0304hichili-cookoff_ln.html
