Black Bag, Reviewed on Film Review Central


Black Bag is Steven Soderbergh's second film of 2025 (and it's only April!). I review it on Film Review Central: Black Bag – Film Review Central

The Beast of the City (1932), Reviewed on Film Review Central


It culminates in a scene of such astonishing and bleak bloodshed that MGM decided to not promote The Beast of the City and instead bury it in their theater release schedule.

Michael N.
I'm a writer, cartoonist and publisher, creator of such comics as The Signifiers, Quacky Pig and Friends, The Mesh, Freak Cave and Reactionary Tales. I've created freelance work for Cracked Magazine, Nix Comics and Caliber Press, colored artwork by Mort (Beetle Bailey) Walker, recently illustrated a novel for Airship 27 and won a Governor's Award for Excellence for my painting. I've given presentations of my work at the Ohio State University and Wild Goose Creative, where I've also curated four exhibits of graphic design.
