Nix Comics Quarterly #2 Party Pics

Pics from the April 15th Nix Comics Quarterly debut party at Kafe Kerouac. Good comics, good company and food and a read-aloud by members of the Whistling in the Dark Theatre Co.

I'm hard at work on a killer story for Nix Comics Quarterly #3. Pencils posted here soon.

Beautiful Old RCA Box

A stack of jazz 78s I purchased at a garage sale a few years back were still in the box they'd been shipped in from RCA in Indiana.

The box was as beautiful as the records inside! Click pics for details.

An example of my working process, for Nix Comics Quarterly #2. Was looking at a lot of Mort Meskin when I drew this particular tale.

Bernie Krigstein Lives!

Looks like Darywn Cooke's been reading Krigstein lately.

Not that I'm complaining. Good for him!

Neno Does Thor Signing!

I'll be signing books, selling cool stuff and probably eating popcorn at Hollywood Studios Theater this Saturday, May 7th, from 11:30 on. A movie called Thor will be screening. You may have heard of it. Thor himself will be making an appearance (times to be announced), curtesy of Alienated Productions.

The signing is in conjunction with World's Greatest Comics, Westerville's best, new comic book shop, situated on the other side of the Glengary Shopping Center parking lot. Shop owner Jeff Patrick will be managing Free Comic Book Day there!

So, come check out World's Greatest Comics, peruse the store's amazing selection, get a free comic book, then get to Hollywood Studios and see Thor. And me. Thor will be the one with the hammer.
